EEEFCom Symposium: The power of emancipatory education in personal and social recovery – 18th October 2024

Please, join us for the multiplier event of the Erasmus+ funded project EEEFCom on Friday, October 18th, from 10.00am
– 1.00pm at Dublin City University, St. Patrick’s Campus, in the Seamus Heaney Lecture Hall.
The symposium is for people who are interested in implementing a community education initiative aimed at enhancing
personal and social recovery with substance and mental health issues.
The event will explore:
● Community recovery education in relation to service provision in the areas of mental health and substance use.
● The process of implementing a community education programme in five communities in Europe.
● The impact of the programme on community capacity building and person and social recovery outcomes.
